When calling, you are presented with options to enter your Case number or CSN (Customer Service Number).  Sometimes, the system cannot locate your Case Number.  If this occurs, you will be returned to the main menu of the phone system. 

Please use your CSN if this occurs.  Your CSN can be found on your Customer Center profile.
  1. Login to the Customer Center.
  2. Click on your name in the upper right.
  3. Click on Company info...
