How to Track the Licenses in Emerson Customer Portal.

DESCRIPTION

Starting in ELM 1.2, each activation code is registered in the Emerson Customer Portal with the computer name where the license has been activated. This allows the users to track where their licenses are activated.
Additionally, ELM 1.2 allows to see what are the Locking Codes and Computer name for the license activation in each computer

RESOLUTION

Follow the attached document to Navigate through the Emerson Customer Portal to find your License information. 
In order to show Computer Name and Locking codes used by ELM 1.2 for the license activation, launch ELM and click on arrow next to the "Device Locking Information" (bottom right).
