This video explains how to restore PACEdge to a Factory Default configuration on RXi2-BP and RXi2-LP device.

For this operation, please download file PACEdge v2.2.0 Backup/Restore RXi2-BP/RXi2-LP (file name: PEv220BPRestore.zip) from Emerson Customer Center site
Note that restoring to factory default means that any collected data or configuration settings will be lost. Resulting setup will be exactly like new system from the factory. The only difference will be that a valid license file will not be present, which you will have to manually upload afterwards. You can get a new license from Emerson Customer Service or, if existing system is still partially operational, download it and store it outside of the PACEdge device.
